Payment Policy

We offer two secure payment options for your convenience:

1. Via Shopify Checkout: Our on-line payment method is through Shopify Checkout, powered by Viva Payments. This ensures a smooth and secure transaction experience.

2. Payment Link: If you prefer not to pay through Shopify Checkout, we can send you a secure payment link via email. This link will allow you to complete your purchase using your preferred method.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through both Shopify Checkout and payment links. 

 

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive further notification when your order has been dispatched.

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of €5 for all local orders within Greece.

Your order will be shipped via ELTA Courier.

Estimated delivery time for local orders is 1-2 business days.

Due to varying weights and destinations, we cannot calculate international shipping costs automatically. To receive a personalized shipping quote for your international order, please contact us by email at similariti [dot] official [at] gmail [dot] com. We will respond with a quote within 1-2 business days.

 

Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns on most eligible items within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria: Unwashed and unworn, free of perfume and pet hair, in original packaging (if applicable).

We will accept returns on all items that are not on sale, custom made or made to order.

Please include a copy of your packing slip or receipt with your return.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, you will be entitled to a full refund (excluding original shipping cost) or a replacement of the same item (subject to availability). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
